NAOT Lucente Black Stretch Women's Comfort Shoes Size 39.5 (US 8.5) - Perfect for Work, Travel & Everyday Wear

First of all they sent the wrong size. I was going to return immediately, but an insole made them wearable. On top of squeaking when I walked, the right shoe broke a heel after only 5 wearings and NAOT would not refund my money since it was past the 30 days. This was a $200 pair of shoes!!! I would think a reputable company like this one is supposed to be would make good on their products. I'll never buy that brand again.
